Adlus together with the people from Cactus and Pelangi Pride Centre will be gathering old and useable but unwanted or extra stuff. We are organising a charity attic sale.. the beneficiary will be the Special Olympics.

What we need: If you guys dun mind handing over ur extras and stuff you think other people may wanna buy - books, CDs, collectibles, antiques, apparel and equipment in working and re-useable condition... Do let me know. Drop me a email or buzz me and I will try to find a time to pick it up from you. Heh.. can start your spring cleaning early... Or if you juz keen to help out, lemme know, I know I will definitely need some free labour.. Thanks!

I will be doing collection anytime from now onwards... the following are most welcome..

1. Books
2. Comics
3. CDs/ VCDs/ DVDs
4. Gym or sports equipment (serviceable ones)
5. Apparel - only useable and presentable ones, preferably not used previously
6. Bags/ Accessories
7. Art works, ornaments etc. (nothing too fragile please unless you dun mind it being smashed during transit..)
8. Others - will determine on a case-by-case basis, dun want this to end up like doing rubbish collection.

Other information: Will need volunteers to help in the following areas:

1. Collection of stuff - preferably those who drive and with a car/van/lorry/3-tonner.. u get the drift..

2. Sorting out the stuff - We will consolidate and sort them probably during Jan, will take a couple of weekends/ evenings depending on how much stuff there is.

3. Sale day itself - I will need pple to help out.
